Step One: Pre-Inspection agreement sent and confirmed.
Step Two: All accessible areas of the property are inspected for Structural Faults.
- Under floor space if accessible
- Roof Space; pitched roofs only.
- Masonry elements.
- Floor Slab levels checked with laser level.
- Out Buildings, verandas, pergolas.
- Window and Door operation.
- Garage Doors.
- Hot Water units.
- Aircon Units.
- Roof, gutter and down pipes.
- Moisture readings taken around all wet areas, windowsills and stained ceilings.
- Plaster and paint checked for signs of repair.
- Floor and wall tile condition.
- Paving and driveways.
- Lights and switches if power connected.
Step Three: All faults will be graded low, medium or high with recommendations within the report and a comprehensive series of photos.
You will also be encouraged to discuss any or all findings post inspection.
