Bellarine Inspections is a family run business located on the Bellarine Peninsula servicing the Geelong and Surf coast Regions run by VBA Registered Inspector Anthony Halligan. We will inspect your pool giving you practical advice as to how you can achieve compliance. If the Pool Barrier is compliant with the Relevant Australian Standard, we will issue a Form 23 while onsite for you to lodge with the council.
Pre-Purchase inspections in Geelong and Bellarine region will be carried out with my experience of 18 years as a Registered Domestic Builder and 10 years as a Registered Building Inspector. These inspections will be conducted using modern inspection tools: Moisture meters, Laser Levels and will comply with the Australian Standard for property inspections.
We undertake quality Pool and pre-purchase inspections in the Geelong, Surf Coast and Golden Plains, and understand the customers’ needs in obtaining quick and professional reports in a timely manner.
All inspections are carried out by myself thoroughly with reports compliant with the Various Australian Standards
