Bellarine Inspections is a family run business located on the Bellarine Peninsula servicing the Geelong and Surf Coast Regions run by VBA Registered Inspector Anthony Halligan. We provide pool inspections giving you practical advice as to how you can achieve compliance. If the Pool Barrier is compliant with the Relevant Australian Standard, we will issue a Form 23 while onsite for you to lodge with the council.
Pre-Purchase inspections in the Geelong and Surf Coast Regions will be carried out with my experience of 18 years as a Registered Domestic Builder and 10 years as a Registered Building Inspector. These inspections will be conducted using modern inspection tools: Moisture meters, Laser Levels and will comply with the Australian Standard for property inspections.
